I am glad you are enjoying your Bali. That's a pretty impressive sail, unless the wind was south of east. Did you have to tack? I would be interested in the COG for each tack to get the real TWA.

No, I did not have to tack. I did take advantage of the small wind angle changes to get a better heading at times. Here is a copy of my sail path... The winds typically wrap around the islands and tend to come down giving you a more northerly wind. I am going to write up my thoughts on the Bali 4.0 today.
