Sponsor: I have over 10,000 ocean miles offshore and a lifelong owner
of both sail and power boats
Boat: 40 to 45 foot catamaran (Seawind 1260 or similar)
Ownership: To be formed LLC (50%/50%)
Location: Winter: Bahamas or Caribbean
Summer: Fort Lauderdale or North Carolina or Chesapeake
Could change over time by mutual agreement
Usage: Shared usage by mutual agreement
Cost: Annual operating budget (upon request)
