charter

Anyone have trouble with a charter company dumping a charter before the end of the contract?

A bit more explanation please. Do you mean terminating your charter before the specified date?

Did you leave the fleet and go off on your own without authority/clearance...

An option, so this is not something that has actually occurred? An option with conditions I assume?

I've been in the charter industry a long time and I have never heard of a charter just being arbitrarilly terminated. I have seen charters terminated because of weather, guest health issues, guest emergencies back home, equipment failure, severe groundings, and because the guests were morons, but never just arbitrarilly.

Are you concerned they may exercise this option?

Is it an option to cancel a charter or to cancel your charter management agreement?
