I don't know how much my netting weighs, but one side will easily fit in my kettle with plenty of room to spare.

The fabric dye will work much better than you think. It doesn’t wear off quickly because it penetrates the fibers.

How does dyed aluminum looks like, comparable to eloxation? Do you have foto of dyed alu

All anodized aluminum that isn’t it’s natural silvery color is dyed. After the anodizing bath, it gets rinsed, then put into boiling hot dye which fills the pores created by the anodizing. Next is a boiling water bath to cure it all.

The process uses specialized anodizing dyes but people use aritt as well with good results (not as good as the specialized dyes but you only see that when directly comparing samples).

An interesting observation:

My yellow-dyed anodised aluminium fishing spear is quite faded wherever it is not covered by the grip wrap. I don’t keep it in the sun, either…

UV erases everything.

Re: Cheap Dyneema trampoline net from Amare, someone have that

So back to topic, my net arrived in 4 days shipping. Record to canaries, perfect shipping paperwork and tax declaration.
The amare net is awesome quality, perfect for the feet/lying on. I can say that already now by just testing and feeling it before even installed it.
Twine is 1.95mm Dyneema SK78 PU coated due to custom declaration, weight 4.4m by 2.1m is 3kg.
Rest time will tell.

Total costs 182Euro net, 99Euro shipping and 40 Euro import fees and taxes, so total 321Euro. Thats a bargain.
They only ship DHL express due to most reliable and canaries is one of the most expensive locations.

I did find another resource in Italy. Not necessarily Dyneema, but possibly worth looking into:

As far as i know they don't sell to endcustomers.
Thats the raw net manufacturer that several specific trampoline manufacturer for multihulls are referring to.
But if you find reseller that sells you the raw net its an alternative.

Re: Cheap Dyneema trampoline net from Amare, someone have that

I was starting with my amare net to get hemline in and discovered they miscut length badly and delivered only 385cm on 150cm length instead 420cm which i need to get 5cm space around.
Attched the pictures. The silver colour was a great choice, i took the 15mm x 15mm mesh size.

After some forth and back Amare reimbursed the net including shipping as its not what i ordered. As its coated after cutting that should actually be regonized before shipping but it didn’t. But amare stand by their product and also appologized for inconvenience.

I will still continue now and see how i can fit it best to also test its Uv protection and quality when mounted.
As said quality of net is good but very strechy in the beginning so i mounted hemline at the crossmember fix now on one side and the rest is now step by step 5 rows more which is 8cm til its streched out, then other 8cm till i have exactly where the hemline needs to be as i have a trapez form.

Re: Cheap Dyneema trampoline net from Amare, someone have that

Stretching out a net to position a bolt rope is easier to do off the boat if you have a flat area you can use, but can be done on the boat. Note that you have to stretch it out in all four directions. We anchored our nets along two adjacent sides first using thicker line (an old halyard) in the position where we wanted the bolt rope (2 squares in from the edge). We threaded two separate lines along the other two edges and pulled those out very hard. Then we measured from the anchored sides and marked where bolt rope would go on the other two sides. Then we replaced the temporary lines with an 8mm polyester double braid line, lashed in place with locked turns of 3mm polyester double braid around the 2 rows of gathered net and the bolt rope.

When mounting, do it in two or even three stages. Start at the corners to tension on the diagonals, ensuring the rows stay straight (visually important, not structurally). Do a first pass around all the lashings for a medium tension. For final tension, do the corners as tights as you can, then start in the middle of each side and work towards the corners.

Flipped the other way, it looks really close to the correct size. Should be a great looking net when done.

Sadly not the case as its a trapez, you get optically fooled.
The net has one straight side that i am not cutting and thats the short.
That must go on the long crossmember side as thats hhe only 100% side of the trampoline.
But i am meanwhile confident i can strech it that much that it fits with around 8cm gap.
