Obviously I don't know the circumstances of your complaint but I can say your experience is not typical of TMM. They are very well liked with many people happily returning year after year.

I've chartered from TMM for many, many years, back to when I would charter for 2 weeks, taking my high school students on a week long charter, then switch out for a second group on the second week. We chartered the Athena 38, Venezia 42, etc....up through the Mahe 36 a couple of years ago.

Like everything, you'll find a lemon, bad day, bad meal, etc... everywhere.
