Dockage for 45 Leopard

We are preparing to take delivery of our catamaran in Ft. Lauderdale (45 ft Leopard). The obvious plan is to cruise but we need to plan for dockage for the first few months, some insurance companies ask for it etc.

South Florida seems too expensive and there is no reason for us to be there after we complete the planned upgrades until around end of September. Starting in October, until the end of hurricane season, we are looking for some dock space. Norther Florida, or Georgia (maybe even further north?) could work.

Any suggestions for a safe place that is reasonably priced?
