Dry storage in the north east?

Hello all,

We are looking for roughly 30 days of dry storage somewhere in the north east USA for a leopard 46 sailing cat.

Options are pretty open. We just need to be north of Cape Hatteras. Dates will most likely be Sept. 10 to Oct. 10. Hoping for a safe, cheap, spot, hopefully not too far from an airport. I’m looking at anywhere from the Chesapeake up to the Rhode Island area.

Why dry storage? The last time I hauled the keels were weeping the entire week it was on the hard. So I’m trying to give it some time to dry out, while we fly back home to visit friends and family.

Check harrington harbour on the chesapeake. Not the cheapest but good location, not too far up the bay and less than an hour from a few major air ports.

Zimmermans Marina in Deltaville VA. Stay away from Annapolis unless you want to hemorrhage cash.

Just for the record, Zimmerman´s Deltaville location cannot haul a cat. I understand that their Matthews location can handle a cat.

Not many options for a 46ft cat in the Northeast (NY/NJ/NE). I don't know about the mid-atlantic (VA, Chesapeake).
