First trip after winter/quarantine

Just a bit less than 3 hours trip to remove some rust from the body and, wow, when i was back i was so tired that i felt like i've been working in a mine for all day.
The long quarantine and limited activity left some consequences. I suggest to train a bit before going into long trips because it might get complicated....
cheers
