Thanks for sharing this! As to the design, I'd guess it's a Chris White Atlantic series. Though I think that there are a few other designs with forward cockpits/steering stations too. Gunboats maybe? Try checking the ARC 2016 entry list, & said list will likely include some skipper/crew names that you could cross check with those given in the video.

Yeah one of those terrible Chris White Atlantics. Surprised it was right-side up. Must have been a freak camera shot.

They are beautiful boats, but...

I don't get why I would want to stand in the wind, rain, spray, cold (right now) and sun, vs. sit under a nice hard top, protected from the elements. Wonder full for a daysail, but not my cup of tea.

Yeah, you can go inside, which folks do in bad weather, which may lead to... since you can't reach the lines and it is a performance cat. Maybe I'm missing something.

I like the Boat but I met a Guy with one and as he maneuvered it out of the marina I watched him smack the dock with his stern and I don't think he was even aware he had hit.
