Gemini 105 mast-step problems

Were the mast is step on deck shows dimple probably from compression, but the standing rigging is still set at normal loads? Might have been this way for a long time, but still a concern. I have inspected the bulkhead from under the mast step as best as i can down to the bridge deck, and all looks normal. Is this normal for Gemini 105MC 2000 model?
