Gemini Centerboards. Need help

I am scheduled for a haul out this Friday, Feb. 22, 2013. I need to replace both centerboards on my 1996 Gemini 105 M. I had Chesapeake Light Craft manufacture the boards and they arrived a couple of weeks ago. I am looking for some help/advise as to how to go about taking the old ones off and replacing them. The job, given the design, appears rather complex and I have very little or no experience undertaking the task, but are willing to seek your help and advise.
I am in South Florida and the boat will be at Playboy Marine Center in Dania Florida a doit-yourself yard.
I have found little on the internet and I am trying to get more specific information from Gemini.

I've changed the boards on our 3200 and if you search the archives, you'll find lots of information.

I rebuilt mine and that was the worst of the work though putting them back in was no walk in the park.
