Haul Outs Fort Myers Area

I just acquired a 35' cat with a 20' beam and need to have it hauled out at a DIY yard as close to Fort Myers area as possible. I have heard of one that can handle this beam that is a rail lift instead of the typical travel lift. I would be willing to go south as far as Naples but I don't want to go north of Lee County. The boat is located near Burnt Store Marina right now.

Can anyone recommend a good, safe yard in this area? I am having problems finding one.

Thanks!

You won't find a boat yard south of Ft. Myers that is a DIY yard, unless you are willing to go to Marrathon, or Stock Island. I have heard of a yard somewhere in the LaBelle area that is a DIY yard, but I do not know if they can handle a boat with your beam. I believe the yard on Stock Island could more than likely handle your boat as I have seen some very large cats on the hard there.

Bob & Annies yard on Pine Island right next to Sanibel and Captiva can take cats, but I'm not sure if they allow do it yourself. Boat Repairs | Outboard Engine Sales & Service | Marina Florida | Volvo Penta | Beta Marine | Suzuki
