I need a living room with a mast in it, an Ocean view, fresh air & a party place

My Barbara refers to our searches as "boat-aminiums"
I feel the Cat is the best use of nautical real estate without the feeling of going down a hobbit whole like a mono hull sailboat.

I fit into the of "I want a condo that I can also take sailing" genre.
As far as sailing off to some deserted Caribbean island with my trophy wife and wondering where we are going to provision next, my answer to that is NUTS! "a quote from Teddy Roosevelt"

"So sue me"
I will probably not leave sight of the Fort Lauderdale shoreline along with it's night life and great food.
OK I confess. And the scantily glad +40 augmented Florida women.

However I'm still getting the 70' Hatteras Motor Cockpit just because I want it.

Before anyone hangs me here, if your you get down to my new AO, drinks and dinner are on me. My new boats will be fully stocked with the best liquid mind numb-ers/coping mechanism as Barbara was a bartender while she attended college.

I'll be the guy with the basket of Spiny Lobsters and people in dive gear on the boat.

Sincerely,
another bored stiff old guy sitting in his living room.

Re: I need a living room with a mast in it, an Ocean view, fresh air & a party place

I'm originally from Florida and grew up sailing and boating all my life. I found that while living in Florida the best times we had were on boats exactly like you are describing.

The wife and I are now stuck with very little access to water in DC...blah.

There will be many haters, but most will be envious and live vicariously through you!

The only thing I'm confused about is why you think other people care so much about whatever choices you make in your life - or why you care about how much they may care

People should do whatever works for them, it's that simple.
As long as they don't hurt anyone, or put anyone else in danger (including people who volunteer to do just that), it's all up to the individual person.

Maybe I am not completely understanding your post, specifically the part about Fort Lauderdale along with the pix of the babe in the bikini holding the summer crab. I would say the Keys would much more a realistic place for you to get that type of pix. There are plenty of folks with condomarans docked by real condos who live that type of life in the Keys. They also have your idea of a life style where they invite folks to drinks and dinner on a regular basis.

Nothing wrong with any of that. So are trying to find folks to invite to your boat, or is there something missing in the post.

I do, but most of them would get me banned very quickly as most of the lobster pics don't have any shells on.

I was hoping for a Pirate Ship or at least a Schooner with sexy black sails.
I found you while snooping through your emails btw.

It's not a terrible troll account (at least it's not Angry Troll) but it's not very interesting either.
