I believe Tommy was also working for the other brokerage when we had our experience. It took calls to the brokerage association, a letter to the state attorney and finally a lawyer to get our 10% deposit back on a boat we never had a signed contract on. It was three months of
pure hell. The problem may have been with the owner of the brokerage company, but good old Tommy did nothing to help.
