Light air windspeed multihulls?

I know that this question has been answered over and over, but since the buyer's market is a bit challenging at the moment, maybe I'm overlooking something? (=clinging for straws)

So, thank you in advance if you could suggest some brands+models that would fit these broadly specified requirements:

- Sleeping arrangements for 4 kids + 2 adults. Can be 3-4 cabins. It would be nice to have slightly separated beds or bunk beds for the children if a 3-cabin layout.
- Good (or great) light air performance. With the CZ and good wind angles, we could do 4-5 knots in 4-5 knots true with the Hanse 388, and it would be terrible to downgrade.
- Good upwind performance. Getting 45 TWA would be great. Our archipelago (in Finland) is filled with stones and islets and I want to sail, not use the (electric) motor to get somewhere.
- CE A and something that can be sailed in Norway, the North Sea (to Shetland etc), cross the Atlantic (good heating a must).

Price, well. I think it's hard to find new ones much < 1 M€, but maybe there could be some good old and previously owned ones more in the range of 300-500 k€?

I've seen some nice previous generation Outremers on Yachtworld (40/43 - 45 - 50 L/S - 55 L/S), but have no idea about their sailing capabilities. I assume and hope that they might fit the bill?
