My friends invited me to join them on their"holiday" where they were renting a 50 footer. I was looking at the prices and I think they were running around 8-10,000.00 per week...probably stocked but no help. You can easily find it on the internet.

These guys might be worth a look. They seem to focus on longer term charter.

Very difficult to get a long term (more than a few weeks) charter, especially if you intend to sail out of the charter company's service area. What sort of deposit would be required to let a stranger take off with your million dollar boat?

Another suggestion for Seabbatical. They do long term rental but the biggest boat you'll get, I think, is a Leopard 47.

I found a 2008 Dean 441 which you can rent for 3 days / 1 week / 1 month / 1 year
Renting this cat for 1 year will set you back €50.000.
