Looking For Maine Cat 22 Owners

Hi, I bought a Maine Cat 22 about a year ago. I had it shipped from Santa Rosa, CA. I got to sail the boat for the first time last October. To short a season! I’m expecting to have a full season this year. The boat came with a screecher sail that I would like to use. I from pictures see two bobstays that I don’t have that go to a spritz pole. The bobstays go from the pole to the bows 4” above the waterline. There is a tube that goes through the hull parallel to the water. The bobstay is somehow attached through this hole. One port and one starboard. I can’t figure out what the rigging should be for the two bobstays. I would love to be able to share information with other owners of these boats. Please respond.
