Low budget location to store cat close to Brest (F)

Hi everyone,

might have to leave the boat over winter somewhere on the French Atlantic coast due to crew and budget constrains.

Need a low budget location for this.
She will have to go on land.
Catamaran 10.7m x 6.0m approx.

As we are in Brest right now, anywhere between Brest and Nantes would be great.

We need no facilities like water or power, but someone who can check on her occasionally would be great.
Low budget is my main concern. Industrial estate would be fine as long it's reasonably safe.
Marinas are to expensive.
