Manta MKI vs MKII

Can anyone tell me if there are any significant differences between the two models other than the galley cabinets and Louvers over the windows?
Any construction changes, performance improvements, things to look out for?

My understanding is that the MKI has less headroom in the salon. I have not seen a MKI to verify that.
