Try Steve Bajor, 800-524-8292, he has been surveying for quite a while, is a SAMS AMS (Accredited Marine Surveyor), and lives right there. He has been involved with boats down there for for 25 years or so.
I would love to do the job for you also, and would do a good job, it will end up costing you alot more than hiring a local guy (airfare, some travel time, a room for a night or two, taxi? etc). Give Steve a call.
