Marine Surveyor Recommendation

So after many years dreaming of my own catamaran I ve finally decided to put a offer in Lavezzi 40 in the Bahamas.
I have two marine SAMS surveyor lined up but not sure which one to use. I'm asking this forum if anyone has the pleasure of Albert Armbrister or Evan McLean survey their boat.
Any info you are willing to share would be much appreciated.

One of those is an Accredited Marine Surveyor and the other is a Surveyor Associate.
