Nautitech Open 44 introduction - how do you like it?

I came here to read all your comments about the new Nautitech Open 44 and did not find any, so i started this thread.
I'd like to hear your thoughts about this new nautitech model, as the open 40 and 46 seem to be quite popular, and the 44 could be directed even more to the liveaboard/cruisers:

I think the "smart" cabin layout is actually quite smart for a liveaboard couple with the occational guests. 2 "real" cabins and 2 heads plus the forward space for workshop and laundry and extra storage - this seems to be very practical. Also, the front facing nav table is nice.

All manouvers should be possible from the cockpit (better, as i recall on the O40 you'd need to go to the mast for reefing).

Not so sure about the very limited salon table size but maybe the outdoor cockpit space is more than enough and you really do not need any more dining tables?


Overall an interesting new cat layout i think (if you like the helms aft as i do) ?!
