One off 39FT: naval designer wanted

HI all,

I came across this 39ft one off. The 2nd owner of the cat knows it was build due to plans of a well known naval designer by a well known spanish boat builder but forgot which naval designer it was. Jacuzzi was not part of that plan but build in by the boat builder during production.

Length is 13m or 39Ft
beam is 5.85m
Displacement 10000kg

Can anyone of you help to figure the naval designer out and maybe which specific plan was possibly used to build it.

The step in the tumblehome looks very reminiscent of John Gross's Fastback designs from Australia.
