No you need to reread my post for location of trench. This photo fails to show said trench.
You will find it very hard to find a good picture of this feature as it is a little unusual to say the least. Why don't you get the broker to get down on his hands and knees and take a mug shot for you.

No, most cat's don't. Very few do in fact. Low bridgedeck clearance will cause noise in only mild conditions, and discomfort in rougher conditions.
