I will refrain from reviewing my local real estate market, but I would point that all real estate is local, really hyper local, so natoanl averages always cover up a lot of nterestng local departures from average.

Boat prices are less localized, especially in larger boat sizes, since they are mobile, so regonal and national data are more meanngful.

The housing market is very different. Many baby boomers and others are locked into their homes since they can't find buyers willing to pay high mortgage rates, and shelter is not discretionary spending. Boating and other recreational vehicle spending is much more volatile.

Housing is different, but whatever the reasons are you still have
VERY large increase in inventory,
VERY VERY low transactions
and more than usual reductions.
Those point to a drop and as I argued, to a similarity with the boat industry trend.
