Prout 37 tips and tricks?

All of you Prout owners, I would like to exchange some ideas...

What do you use for sheets in the aft berths. Our boat came with some custom made sheet and comforter sets that go together with zippers and velcro. At first I thought this was a great idea, but in practice velcro that holds the sheets in is uncomfortable and they are difficult to wash and dry. We fitted a queen size sheet over the materesses for the second part of our trip, but we have to move them to access our fridge so this is a little inconvienient. Any other ideas?

Gary, I'll measure and photograph the emergency tiller this weekend.

Woody,

Our Niece was here on the boat for a couple weeks. We used one of those egg crate like space age foam pads covered by a fitted bed pad to soften the rack like pads they called a mattress. Then we went with fitted Queen Sheets. I thought about putting a sheet of luan under the mattress so I could lift it as a unit. But I don’t use the Port storage often and the starboard I only use as a pantry. So I haven’t tried that approach.

Good Luck

Gary
