Questions and Answers

Hi all,
as Im traveling and have free internet access I have just spent the greater part of this evening (even had room service to keep looking) going over all the threads in the multihull section.
Then it struck me when I read one on refrigeration a while back.

Thanks everyone I've read everthing there is on the site about the refrigeration and I still don't know which way to turn.

Funny, because although there is a lot of information, I think probably you have to visit everyones boat before you can really ( or easily)make your mind up. Probably to do with human nature. This place is packed with amazing information and experiences but try reading althe way through main thread and you would be supprised at how many are just left hanging.

Me, I've been through 1 engine or two, one engine plus bow thruster9 I was sure this was the way, full sized electrical motors with through shafts, battery driven then use a genset, Now after reading a very old post by Talbot ( and tks) in his heavy Cat, with his single , but large engine, Im going to up from one 9.9 to a 15. And , the cunning thing is I will add one Torqeedo electric out board up the pointy end. They are cheaper than a vetus 50 od pound thrust, bowthruster. So there we are , a desision made, unles of course there is more to say about this !!
PS still no further on for Bimi/sunshade frame or place to refit in Spain.
But maybe next year.

Regards
all.
