I guess it is a move to where here is no min wage, to make a boat that will sell all over the world at a competive price. I know it stinks to have manufactoring move to other countries just to make a buck, the USA has had the same problem. I hope the quality doesn't suffer.

Re: Seawind Catamarans

Australia needs to remember that it is selling to the world, not just the wealthy 1 or 2% of Australia.

Re: Seawind Catamarans

I would be very sad to see the Seawind brand go ... Ana and I love the Seawind Catamaran we chartered in Australia ... a well balanced all around lovely boat to sail on ...

bazcatana,

Tone it down.
Read the rules

We take the "be nice" rule VERY seriously! We do not tolerate ANY rudeness.

95% of boat owners love their boats, so your math is off.
You’re close to getting unplugged.

Re: Seawind Catamarans

I hope they can come through, not an easy economy at the moment. For a buyer It is always nice to have a choice of a smaller more bespoke builders as opposed to a production line pumping out cats at the cheapest possible price.

I really wish people would stop posting pictures of my Motoryacht without my permission!

I can see your MotorYacht on the back of that one in the piccy,

Most other people would call it a small dinghy.
