Side ladder

I bought a used 2013 Bavaria 50. The transom drops down as a swim platform. I would like suggestions on a ladder for getting up on the side of the hull. I've tried a typical ladder but due to the shape of the hull the ladder is hard to climb up. I'm thinking of adding extension to the bottom of the ladder to keep it perpendicular to the water but looking for other ideas as well.
