Check out the early model Gemini's. They have sleds. The issue is if you can adapt it to your existing boat.

The Geminis "bucket" is not exactly a sled. The best sled design I have seen is on Jim Browns trimaran, Scrimshaw which is a nice boat shaped design that floats the weight of the motor so you don't get ventilation of the prop. The bucket on my Gemini works quite well though and after motoring 1500 miles in 2013 I really had no ventilation problems but the thing could sure use a nicely faired bottom shape as it pounds something fierce in any sort of chop, it is flat on the bottom which will need to be improved on at some point.
