Source for rail mount 1 1/4" Flagpole Burgee

We have larger than normal rails I guess because when we bought a Taylor Made stainless steel flagpole hardware to mount our American Flag, and the rail mount's opening went up to 1", which was too small. We need 1 1/4"

I had thought it wouldn't be difficult to find, but I've been searching high and low, including at West Marine and everywhere I could look online, without success. We want to mount the flagpole from our back rail, not from the deck, and we'd like stainless steel, not plastic. Am I asking too much?

Does anyone know where to find a good quality, stainless rail mount that's 1 1/4"?

Had a similar situation - we wanted to mount our ensign on the cross bar of the davits so it would be up above the dinghy. Couldn't really find anything that was right until we saw and stole and idea from a slip neighbor. We used a fishing pole holder on the cross bar. It's a little too big, but then we wrapped the bottom of the flagpole with some small diameter line. Makes it just snug enough to fit tightly into the rod holder.
