spirited 380 performance

I am an owner builder of a 380, launched in December 2010 and sailed to New Caledonia the year after launching. There have been about 4 or 5 that have done offshore voyages from around 25-30 that have been launched. The 380 is a light quick cat that needs to be kept within its design limitations to sail well, i.e. not overloaded.
There have been some design issues with the engine hatches that have been addressed by the various builders and to a lesser extent the designer.
