Trimaran Dry Docking

Anyone with experience in multihull dry docking? I could really use the experienced advice. Cost? Probability? Is it even possible with an older boat?

Cheers

Re: Trimaran Dry Docking

I have had my catamaran hauled out in dry storage for long periods of time in New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. It's not a problem for me. I make covers for the hatches and windows. That's pretty much all there is to it for me.

Re: Trimaran Dry Docking

Usually dry docks are only used by large commercial ships and would be rather expensive I would think. We only have one pleasure boat marina around here with a travelift wide enough to lift a multihull of any size but im sure any would bring in a crane to lift one out for storage or work.

Is this floating drydock still available for purchase? (No, it's not a floating outdoor movie screen.)
