if it's real, and not stolen, a delivery skipper can get it up here for you.

Re: Under $100,000 Multihulls

There's a certain Contour 34 for sale on yacthworld
1999 Contour 34 SC Sail Boat For Sale - www.yachtworld.com
that I'm pretty sure the owner would take $100k for. Here's a secret from my broker. All boats on YW are overpriced by 20+ %, cause if they aren't, the buyers, expecting a 20+% discount from list, will not come close the sellers requirement.

Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

If I were you I would find another broker. Pretty stupid statement to make in my opinion.

Re: Under $100,000 Multihulls

There's life in my old thread. For those of you interested, SearchTempest is amazing. You can search all of Craigslist for whatever you are interested in. And there always low priced boats there. There's an uncompleted cat in Washington for $50,000. There was a 53' tri in the NE for $47,000. So check there for the affordable ones.

Well, there's this one too: 1982 Prout 37 Sail Boat For Sale - www.yachtworld.com

Not quite the bargain basement price of the Panama one, but still low for a catamaran.

Re: Under $100,000 Multihulls

I know an honest broker in the SF bay, well actually he's a sailing junkie with a job and a broker's license, but anyway if you need somebody to look at that Prout for you I'll give you his name.

Actually, I'm too tall for a Prout. These have less than 6 foot headroom in the saloon.
I was posting this last one for Andreas, in case picking up a boat in CA would work better for him.
The under 30K for the one in Panama got me thinking I could get used to stooping; such an outrageously good deal.
At any rate, it's a great topic for a thread and I hope others can contribute to it and breathe more life into it.

Now, regarding that broker's name, please make it known!
