No, It was dropped off the stands when the salvagers were putting the bags under it to bring it back from the Island back to Port Stephens,
I found out that from the apprentice at the Marina, He didnt realise I was the owner he was talking too, He clammed up when he found out who I was, But it was too late then,

The previous repairer is Bankrupt, I sent the Sheriff down to reclaim any thing of value to sell, He has nothing, So I wont get any where with him,
Kiss my 25 Grand good bye, But they did lift the contract and voided it,
So I could get another repairer to proceed with my repairs,

Re: Up date on my repairs,

So it was on a reef and the salvagers caused damage during the recovery?

It was half on the beach and half in the water, Sitting on rocks,
The salvagers did a lot of damage when it fell off the stands they had it sitting on,
They had to jack it up to get the bags under it, before they could float it back,
It had big holes in both hulls,

Re: Up date on my repairs,

As a matter of interest where did you get the good work done? How much were you paying per week/month for hardstand?

$1000-00 per quarter for hardstand, Yaringa Marina, $2000-00 per quarter for wet berth,

The work is being done by JRB Marine, Owned by John Bakker, also owns Yaringa Boat sales,
Rod, His employee is doing the repairs, I am very happy with his work,

Even tho I am in his hard stand area, and have a contract with JRB to do the work,
I am still paying the hard stand fees to the Marina, I dont know how they can do it, Charge me for the hard stand while I am in a privately rented yard,
But I am not in a position to challenge it,
I just want my boat repaired and to get out of there,
5 years is enough. Im over it,

Cheers, Brian,.
