Bob and Annie’s no longer have their railway, maximum beam with their travel lift is 18’.

Washburn, WI also has a travelift capable of hauling VERY large boats. They haul out the ferry's that bring cars, trucks, heavy equipment, etc over to Madeline Island (Apostle Islands)

Central GOM, not exhaustive and may vary as it's been awhile. A call to any boatyard may render the possibility of hiring a crane. The industrial yards up the Mobile River and in the Louisiana Blue and Black Bayou channels also may accommodate.

In Anacortes, WA this company can haul really wide cats with their Sea-Lift. The crazy thing is that smaller cats might not fit because the lift has to fit between the hulls to lift by the bridgedeck.

I don't know if it is possible to add another column to indicate if the yard allows Owners to work on their own boat. This would be very useful and is not the kind of thing that is easily, if at all, found on the website.
