Re: Wildcat 350

For a tie-bar system the Wilcats had either a big ass Teleflex cable or a hydraulic tie bar system. There is likely where the problem lies. I suggest getting familiar with it and likely replacing whatever is in there. Mine has the big ass Teleflex cable and works fine. The hydraulic ties I think were more trouble prone.

Re: Wildcat 350

Hi I just have bought one made in 1999. My first catamaran. Please would you guys help me to understand her better? She goes like a "frolicking filly in a harvest-time pasture"

Are there reefing charts for this wild cat?

Re: Wildcat 350

Check out this blog. Very informative - however, they had some structural issues to repair so don't necessarily take that as an indication your boat will suffer the same. (also don't pay too much attention to their impression of The Marquesas LOL)

It's confusing!
The Bumfuzzle's loved the boat too. They had a conflict with the builder over some issues with the boat, but it took them safely on their adventure.

Understand what aspect of the boat better?

No "reefing charts" created by the builder, but I can provide some guidance if you have specific questions.
