Wintering boat on the hard at Brest, France ?

anyone had any experience keeping the boat on the hard in Brest, France ? No shorepower or anything else needed just a storage place on the hard.

"The Dock" seems reasonable but has anyone tried them ?
or any other good place to keep a boat on the hard in northern france.
