Yacht Noobie looking for advice!

Hi all! I have dreamt of buying a yacht to sail around the world for years now and I think I finally have enough saved. I would love to buy a Multihull and I found the following in Australia and would love your opinion if you have a spare minute to look!

My friend advised me for water sailing">blue water sailing 40ft would normally be ideal but what are your thoughts on the above? Would something like this be okay to sail all around Australia and to indonesia etc? Could I potentially go further? The plan would be to work on my skills up and down the coast of Australia before venturing further.

Thanks so much for your time.

Re: Yacht Noobie looking for advice!

These boats are pretty good for their size. The designer is well regarded. We saw one cruising around the Bahamas a few years ago. Survey will be critical on hull and rigging.
