15 hp Mercury 2 stroke stalls

I have a 2000 15 hp 2 stroke that starts on 2 pulls, idles fine and runs for several minutes; after that when on plane runs fine for about 5 minutes, then stalls out appearing to be starving for fuel. Primer bulb on fuel tank is limp..runs only when I apply choke, then back up to full rpm's . Sometimes will only start back with full choke. I've rebuilt the carb and cleaned it out, also has a new low idle jet. Any help would be appreciated. Going to replace the clip on fuel line fittings next. The ones I'm using are about 15 yrs. old.

one obvious thing is the vent open on the tank? Next would be fuel filter? is there one of those tiny ones on the motor? I assume it's spitting water so not overheating? It sounds like a fuel constriction somewhere....
That's about all I'm good for on it.
