2007 Yanmar 4JH4E EPA Compliant

Needing to import my Leopard 46 into the US but require the engines to be EPA compliant. There is no Emissions tag on the engines and the spec sheet is not specific on passing EPA requirements.

Anyone else had trouble with this or more importantly a solution?

If there is no EPA emissions tag on the engine it is not an EPA compliant engine so you may have to repower with EPA compliant engines to be able to bring the boat into the US.
