After Market Exhaust for Westerbeke W70

I've been having problems with the mixing elbow leaking and now I need to get a new one. Pricey. I also found two of elbows coming from head to exhaust manifold are broken. Also pricey. Now I'm wondering if it might just be best to have a new stainless steel custom exhaust made that bolts to the head with 4 exhaust ports, then meet up with an aftermarket exhaust manifold with mixing elbow to dump into wet exhaust. This W70 is on a sailboat. Anyone done a custom exhaust system that might have advice. Just trying to get a more dependable system.

Talk to HDI Marine. What you want to do is their business. Even if they don't have it in stock, they can help...

If you can figure out how to cool it, stock tractor manifolds are readily available. The W70 base motor is a Perkins 4.182/Mazda HA.
