Aluminum welding

I ran across this and just thought I would pass it along for the welding crowd. Nice job of rebuilding here!

Re: Aluminum welding

The welding is nice but, the hand finish work is pretty amazing. Old danish guy in ballard I worked for a had huge ESAB setup with a tiny water cooled torch. Dialed in on pulse you could do some amazing stuff on aluminum and bronze alloys. Whats the head off of?

Must be something valuable because I see quite a bit of labor there. They're lucky all the combustion chambers aren't junk. Sometimes little parts go back and forth between all the cylinders in an intake manifold.
