Atomic 4 Mechanic in south FL area needed

Not much to an A4. If raw water cooled most rust out before they wear out. Any old school mechanic that knows how a carburetor works and what points are for should be able to figure it out. What seems to be the problem?
And +1 on Moyer Marine.
