Beta Marine Diesel engine panel gauge lenses

I am looking to source some gauge lenses (screw-on covers) for the 3 indicators on my Beta engine panel. Mine are all operating just fine, but the plastic has darkened making them difficult to read.

Beta Marine says they sell replacement gauges (instrument indicators) but not the screw on lenses.

Has anybody else had this problem? The maker of the gauges must surely sell them, though i am not sure who they are. Maybe the source is in the UK?

Any information leading to a solution would be most appreciated.

If you mean the temp and oil pressure gauges, they were originally “ Murphy Switchgauge”, made in the USA. I’m not sure if Betamarine still uses them though.

The gauges are manufactured by F.W. Murphy Production Controls, USA.

If you “recently repowered,” why do you need new lenses already? My lenses are 25 years old, a lot in the sun, and look near new…..

Anyway, you are likely NOT to be able to source just these. That has been my experience with the “ new way” of doing things. In the good old days you could make one phone call and they would probably just send replacements for free, but now you just have to accept it and buy all new gauges….one of the reasons boating has gotten so much more difficult/expensive in the last few decades….
