One area- which you may already have covered- is back-up systems for critical fluid flow to the engine. [fuel and raw water]

I don't have a permanent system set up but have been caught out with no working water pump">raw water pump.

Sorted by running garden hose from raw water strainer to shower sump pump (Jabsco) in the aft head and then back to the ( impeller-less) raw water pump on the engine... worked good... ran the engine for 7 continuous days... ( long story).

Sounds like it is getting to hauling around a spear boat. Your original list, looked good.

forgot one thing - not sure how you raise the anchor but we have a windlass cord - take a spare as ours failed and had to raise the anchor by hand and had 100' out -

I didn't see a fuel pump or parts for a fuel pump. My apologizes if I missed this in the comments.

Yana 4JHs don't have lift pumps - built into injection pump. I do have spare lift pump for generator.

It may be a stupid question? Do injector pumps not go bad on occasion.

I have a box of generic electrical parts including momentary switches, relays, lots of wire, connectors, etc. I have a substantial electrical and electronics kit on board. I even have diodes, resistors, NMEA2000 network components, etc. etc. etc.

You're kind of stuffed if they do. But a spare one costs thousands. I don't know anyone who carries one.

I've had two or three windlass handsets fail, and always in the middle of a cruise Bloody things. I just replaced one and don't think I'll carry spare; I can use generic switches in a pinch.

I am half tempted to carry a spare windlass motor and gearbox -- I've had one of those fail, too, and it would be really bad to be without that -- we will be anchoring most of the time and in deep water, and 100 meters of 12mm chain weighs 330kg (!). That would truly suck to have to pull that up by hand.
