Probably not a lot of businesses specifically building Perkins exhaust elbows modified for a particular Beneteau model of boat, but most likely a lot of independent welders and machine shops who could build one based on the existing one or a good drawing of such.

On the VP D1-30 exhaust elbows you made from Schedule 80 stainless steel pipe . Do the water injection pipes just go straight into the exhaust elbows, or do they extend into the inside diameter in any way?

They inject straight into the elbow. They are pretty far downstream and lower then the manifold port, so no water gets upstream of them.

The small generator elbow does have a tube-in-tube construction.
