Faryman Diesel A30M Replacement Flexible Coupler

I have a Tartan 27 with an old Farymann A30M Engine. I managed to get a line wrapped around the prop and consequently, the flexible coupler broke that connects the shaft to the engine. I've called Farymann and they said the part is on back order. Does anyone know if there are other replacement options or has anyone had one made? I've included a picture of the piece.

I spent days calling marine stores globally, and I lucked out and ended up finding a replacement from Sidney Propeller in British Columbia. I'm not sure if they are even around though. The gentleman who sold me my boat restores classic cars, and he seemed to think it could be remade, but I wouldn't know where to go for that.

My current predicament is tracking down a new water pump! These old engines are great until they need a part!

I just emailed your BC contact. I heard these couplers are specific to Farymann...so not sure of my other options. My mechanic has some magical connections so I will ask about a water pump for you. Please don't be shy and contact me back if I don't back to you this week.
