Farymann A30M

I have a Cascade 29 ,splashed 1977 I'm trying to identify the manufacturer of the gearbox that was mated to the Farymann single cylinder. I've seen the same box on youtube videos, but still can't find the manufacturer. No tag, ID on the box just SN & 'made in Germany'.
The manual indicates either a Nanni or Hurth gearbox. the Nanni is displayed in photo's but no indication of the Hurth box, so I'm assuming it's a Hurth box can anyone verify?

the trans has started to slip in forward at idle and will only spin the shaft when you bump the throttle up. I'm assuming slipping clutches but can't see any means for external adjustment.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Farymann A30M

Well I did find out that the gearbox is an FG3 model, exlusive to Farymann. Cone clutch type, similar to an outboard. Supposedly, they are bullet proof "never had to work on one". Well...mine is going out. Apparently, some manufacturers didn't adjust the cables correctly resulting in the clutch not engaging fully leading to excessive clutch wear. That said, it still has lasted 35 + years!

So, if anyone hears of this particular rare animal please let me know.

many thanks

SB
