Fuel Consumption / Speed

My cat is salvaged, engines have been overhauled, I would like to compare my fuel consumption with others.

My boat is a 56ft cat weight 30 tonnes and has 2 Yanmar 110s

The fuel consutmpion I get is :

5.5 l/ph at 3.5-4 knots, one engine @ 1,600 rpm
22.0 l/ph at 5.5-6 knots, one engine @ 2,900 rpm
44.0 l/ph at 9 knots, two engines @ 2,900 rpm
